Stevenson Hall, Room 3607I got my Bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of London in 1987. After many years working in the oil industry, the non-profit sector and higher education, I returned to college and received my Master's in Biology, with an emphasis on Soil Ecology, from Sonoma State University in 2017. Courses that I have previously taught at SSU include Introduction to Biology, Applied Ecology, and Biogeography. Currently, I also teach Introduction to Principles of Biology at SRJC as well as Survey of Biology and Introduction to Ecology at Napa Valley College.
Originally a daughter of Missouri, I have been a California transplant since 1999 after various stints in Oregon, Washington, England (12 years), Colorado, and Georgia. I live in Sonoma County with my husband and two children.
