Prior to teaching at SSU, I have worked in the corporate, nonprofit, academic and healthcare sectors. Courses that I have taught at SSU include Global Environmental Systems, Applied Ecology, Biogeography, Soil Science and Natural Hazards. I also teach Introduction to Principles of Biology at SRJC as well as Survey of Biology (for non-majors) and Introduction to Botany at Napa Valley College.
